Shipping Policy
Please allow one to two business days after we receive your order for
processing time. After confirming availability, orders are shipped via UPS
based on shipping method and your location. You'll receive a confirmation
e-mail with a link to allow you to track your package.

We will make every effort to ship Express orders received by 12:00pm
CST the same day but can not guarantee availability. Posted shipping
rates apply to orders with four or fewer items. Additional shipping
charges may be incurred should your order include five or more items.
ChalkTalk Productions only ships product to the US and Canada.
Returns Policy
We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchases and we're
happy to accept any unused item returned within 15 days of receipt*. All
items must be returned unopened in their original packaging.
*All unauthorized returns, and returns received after the 15-day period,
will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
